Elizabeth “Liz” Hibbard has been the Resident Manager for the Sayre House of Hope for more than 13 years. Her dedication to, and compassion for, the families who stay at the House truly make her the heart of the home. Did you know that the Sayre House of Hope has a garden out back? Liz is a passionate about growing fresh fruits and vegetables for the families who stay at the House.
“It’s a personal project of mine, I get the seeds, pick up the plants and get to share great fresh produce with our families that stay in the House of Hope. We also have an herb, flower and berry bed. It’s about nourishing the body and spirit as much as sheltering our families during their medical crisis.” – Elizabeth Hibbard, Resident Manager at Sayre House of Hope
A special thanks to the Sayre Rotary Club for donating lumber to rebuild the Sayre House of Hope garden beds this year!
